锻造曲轴预制坯连皮结构优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对曲轴模锻生产中普遍存在的平衡块充填困难、材料利用率低下的问题,对常规曲轴预制坯等厚连皮结构进行了优化设计。提出了梯形、凹形、凸型三种新型的工艺连皮形式,并构建有限元模型分别对其进行仿真分析。通过对比分析发现:连皮形式对曲轴预成形效果的影响很大,其中凸形连皮具有最优的平衡块填充能力。在此基础上进一步对凸形连皮的厚度进行了优化,最终得到了较优的连皮结构和厚度取值,研究内容最终得到实验验证。 Aiming at wide existing problems, such as low material utilization and filling difficulty of counterbalance in the crankshaft forging, three new types of wads, trapezoid type, concave type and convex type, were proposed. The FEM simulation was applied to compare and analyze the filling ability of the three wad types. It's found that the wad structure has a great influence on preform quality and the convex type has the best filling capacity. The thickness of the convex type wad is optimized for further research. Finally, the optimum wad structure and thickness values are obtained. The research gets test verification.
