摘要
利用DSC,IR,X-ray衍射及SEM等手段对人工皮革用基布试样的化学结构及物理形态结构进行了综合分析.分析结果确认,该人工皮革基布是以PA6为“岛”,以改性PET为“海”,采用复合纺丝法制成的具有16个“岛”的“海一岛”型复合纤维针刺非织造布;复合纤维的线密度为3.4dtex,其中PA6质量分数为70%左右.将该复合纤维构成的非织造布用热碱水处理后,“海”组分会被水解而去除,“岛”组分则被剥离成线密度为0.15dtex的超细纤维,从而使基布变得非常柔软.研究过程中同时建立了有效的解析方法.
The chemical structure and physical morphological smicture of an unknown specdrien of the base cloth were analyzed with DSC, IR, X-ray diffraction and SEM.The experimental results show that the base cloth is a soft of needle punching non-wovens made from sea-island composite fibers,each of which contains 16 islands.In addition, the PA6 acts as island, the modified PET acts as sea.The linear density of the composite fiber is 3.4 dtex. The PA6 content of this composite fiber is about 70%.Treating the non-woven with basic hot water results in the fact that the sea component was eliminated for hydrolysis and the island component became a superfine fiber with 0.15 dtex, so that the base cloth turns softer. The present study also provides an efficient analysis method for the base cloth of imitation leather.
