摘要
目的:探讨巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染的新生儿与健康新生儿血液中微量元素的含量差异。方法:采用PCR与ELISA相结合的检测法,选取80例血清及尿液FQ-CMV-DNA阳性、血清CMV-IgM抗体阳性的新生儿为HCMV感染阳性组,另阴性的102例为对照组。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱ICP-AES法测定两组新生儿血液中微量元素含量。结果:HCMV感染组血清锌、镁、铁、钙水平均低于对照组,全血铅、血清铜水平均高于对照组。结论:HCMV感染新生儿血液微量元素存在一定的失衡,与HCMV感染具有一定的相关性。
Objective:To explore the relativity between the contents of traces element and the HCMV infection in newborns.Methods:Determined by PCR and ELISA,80 samples with CMV-IgM positive serumn and FQ-CMV-DNA positive in serum and urine were recruited as subject group and 102 samples with those of negative were enrolled as control group.The contents of traces element in the all the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) method.Result:The content of serum Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca in subject group was distinctly lower than that in control group(P0.05)while the content of serum Cu、Pb in subject group was obviously highter than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between the disequilibrium in trace elements and the infection of HCMV.Therefore it is important to balance the trace elements in the newborns with HCMV in fection.
