摘要
目的:通过观察通脉益智方对痰凝血瘀症模型大鼠学习记忆能力和血脂、血液黏度和血小板聚集率的影响,探讨其防治血管性痴呆(VD)的作用。方法:采用空白对照组和应用高脂血症大鼠,以脑缺血再灌注的方法建立VD动物模型,随机将VD动物模型分为假手术组、模型组、通脉益智方组。假手术组、模型组灌服蒸馏水,通脉益智方组灌服通脉方15.66g.kg-1;灌服30d后观察比较各组的总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、血液黏度和血小板聚集率的水平。结果:空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、通脉组的TG分别为(0.379±0.104)、(0.385±0.161)、(0.485±0.223)、(0.285±0.154)mmol.L-1,T-CHO分别为(1.319±0.242)、(4.338±1.574)、(4.942±1.468)、(3.351±1.098)mmol.L-1,血液黏度分别为(23.43±5.08)、(17.05±1.34)、(17.56±2.44)、(16.51±1.811)s-1,血小板聚集率1、5min分别为(29.73±15.10)%、(40.62±13.46)%、(52.40±21.02)%、(30.00±12.23)%和(40.18±20.72)%、(37.02±25.47)%、(58.26±23.19)%、(29.25±23.98)%。通脉益智方组血清3个指标与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:通脉益智方可调整和改善痰凝血瘀症模型大鼠的高脂血症引起的高黏、高聚状态,可调节血脂、改善血液流变性。
Objective:To explore the influence of Tongmaiyizhi decoction on blood-lipid changes in ischemia reperfusion model rats with hyperlipemia.Methods:Animal models with vascular dementia were prepared by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in hyperlipidemia model rats.We observed the levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate between model group and administration group.Results:The levels of serum TG in four groups,i.e.,blank control group,sham-operated group,model group and Tongmaiyizhi group,were(0.379±0.104),(0.385±0.161),(0.485±0.223),(0.285±0.154) mmol·L-1,respectively.The levels of serum T-CHO were(1.319±0.242),(4.338±1.574),(4.942±1.468),(3.351±1.098) mmol·L-1.Blood viscosity were(23.43±5.08),(17.05±1.34),(17.56±2.44),(16.51±1.811) s-1.Platelet aggregation rate in 1 min were(29.73±15.10)%,(40.62±13.46)%,(52.40±21.02)%,(30.00±12.23)%,and in 5 minute were(40.18±20.72)%,(37.02±25.47)%,(58.26±23.19)%,(29.25±23.98)%.The levels of serum TG,T-CHO,blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in administration group were obviously lower than those in the model group(all P0.05).Conclusions:Tongmaiyizhi decoction can adjust and improve blood lipid,hemorrheology,and the status of hyper-viscosity and hyper-aggregation caused by hypirlipidemia that is in the range of turbid phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
