摘要
农村基础教育质量的提升面临着一系列的挑战。资源短缺,经费困难;政策偏离,执行不力;文化缺失,家教缺位;观念守旧,内驱力不足。应从经费投入、教师队伍建设、政策倾斜、农村文化重建、学校自身发展等方面着手,为农村基础教育质量提升提供条件。
The promotion of quality of basic education in rural areas faces a number of challenges such as shortage of fund, cultural resources, tutors, driving forces; misused policies; poor implementation; and conservative concepts. Therefore, countermeasures should be taken to solve these problems.
