Enhancement of Cultural Construction and Promotion of the Development of Rural Middle Schools

学校文化建设对于农村初中的内涵发展有着特殊的作用和意义。当前农村初中的学校文化建设方面存在不少突出的问题,为此,应通过充分认识学校文化建设在学校内涵发展中的地位,思考和确立学校文化建设发展规划,正确处理好学校文化建设与其他工作的关系,研究和探索学校文化建设的渠道和策略,建立健全农村学校文化建设的评价体系等途径,加强学校文化建设,推进农村实践内涵发展的目标。

Campus culture-building has a special significance to the development of rural middle schools. Therefore, efforts should be put into the emphasis of its role and position; of layout of a development plan and concrete measures; of a well balance among all school works; and of a scientific evaluation system so as to enhance and promoting the construction level.
