当前学界对少数人权利概念的研究并未能提出一个准确而有说服力的结论。传统的研究进路通常是从少数人的表面特征入手予以界定,难以深入把握其本质属性;而经济分析法学的研究方法则可以为少数人权利问题的研究提供一个全新而准确的进路。

So far at present, no one in the academic circle has drawn a precise and convietive conclusion concerning the study of the concept of minority rights. The traditional method defines it from the superficial features of minorities, so it can hardly touch the natures of such right. However, the economic analysis provides a new way to study the rights of minorities.
