女子400m比赛分段速度及乳酸值变化特征研究

A Study on the Changes of Split Speed and Lactate Value of the Women’s 400-metre-race Athletes

通过对第6届和第7届世锦赛女子400m运动员各分段速度变化特征的研究分析发现:运动员在前程0～100m分段速度的快慢,对其他分段速度的合理分配及运动成绩会产生不同程度影响.广东省女子甲组运动员由于在0～100m分段速度过快直接影响全程的比赛成绩,而导致运动成绩相对差.

By analyzing the characteristics of every spilt speed of the women＇s 400-metre-race athletes in the 6th and 7th World Championship, it was found out that the spilt speed in the first 100 meters has great impact on the reasonable spilt speed distribution and sports result. However, the spilt speed, in the first 100 meters, of the women＇s 400-metre-race athletes in Guangdong Province was so fast that it resulted in poor results.
