基于工作过程导向光通信专业课程开发与实施

摘要 高职院校必须坚持以就业为导向,开发、设置新专业;调查光通信产业的6个工作岗位,认定了20项典型工作任务,提炼出必须掌握的29项职业能力,归纳为19项行动领域,转换为16项学习领域,并对它们进行排序,从而构建了光通信专业课程体系。 Higher vocational colleges should stick to employment-orientation to develop and set up new specialties. Six posts of the optical communications industry are investigated, twenty typical work tasks are identified and twenty-nine professional abilities which should be grasped are extracted. The vocational capabilities are reduced to nineteen action fields and converted to sixteen learning fields. All the areas are sorted so as to build an optical communications specialized courses system.
