To improve the network availability ratio and the incoming call capture rate is a way to improve the operation quality of the communication equipment. This paper analyzes and handles the reasons of call loss of EWS core exchange such as incomplete call, circuit congestion and line out of service. By using the statistical data, the reasons of call loss are analyzed so as to improve the network operation quality.
