基于系统工程学的高职英语教学效果探讨

Study of higher vocational English teaching effect based on system engineering

基于系统工程学的知识,从人—机—环境的角度分析英语教学过程中师生、教学手段、教学环境三者对教学效果的影响。针对影响英语课堂教学效果的诸多因素,提出了相应的提高英语课堂效果的措施。认为通过提高教师素质,培养学生兴趣;突破教学传统,改善教学手段;优化教学环境,丰富英语学习环境等手段能很好提高英语课堂教学的效率。

Based on the knowledge of system engineering, from the human-machine-environment point of view,this paper analyzes the factors of teachers and students, teaching methods, teaching environment which can influence the teaching effect in English teaching process. According to the factors of teaching effect in English teaching, some measures to improve the effect of English teaching are presented in this paper. The paper holds that the effect of English teaching can be improved by teachers＂ quality, developing students＂ interest, breaking the traditional teaching mode, improving teaching means, optimizing teaching environment and enriching English learning environment, etc.
