摘要
针织物传统的前处理工艺是煮布→水洗→漂白→水洗。由于针织物易变形,在处理过程中织物不能经受较大的张力,只能采用绳状松式方法进行,因此工艺流程长并消耗大量的水、电、汽,对环境污染也大。冷轧堆前处理工艺能在室温下对织物进行处理,不但能节约水、电、汽,而且设备简单,占地面积小,环境污染小,在国外得到广泛应用。 AME-LZ120型冷轧堆设备是为了推广冷轧堆前处理工艺,节约水、电、汽和减少环境污染,填补国内针织物冷轧堆设备的空白,
The cold pad-batch equipment AME-LZ120 is composed of several parts including fabric entranceand exist, padding unit, liquor supply system, reduction gear for main motor and small motor as well as electric apparatus. An on line test and control system for technological parameters is also provided. The equipment has filled in the gaps in cold pad-batch equipment for knitted fabric both at home and abroad with advantages of energy-saving and pollution- reducing.
