摘要
根据一般军事物资调运决策的要求及目标,提出了决策当量的概念;建立了改进的无运力条件限制下单货种多层规划模型;给出了相应的有效算法.箅例表明改进后的模型及算法简洁有效,更加符合一般军事物资调运的决策特点.
According to the request and target of normal military supplies urgency transport decision-making, we raise a concept, decision-making equivalent, and establish the optimized mathematic model of single-mater military supplies urgency transport, and give the relevant and efficient algorithm. The example turn out that the optimized model is more laconic and efficient, and to be more in line with the characteristics of decisionmaking of normal military supplies urgency transport.
