摘要
基于GIS技术,选取人口集聚度、交通通达性和居民购买力作为上海市购物中心区位评价的3个影响因素,并基于空间相互作用模型,建立购物中心区位评价模型,通过区位优势度的计算对上海市购物中心区位的合理性进行了评价.结果表明,虽然上海市购物中心普遍位于区位优势度较高的区位,仍有约25%的购物中心规模较大,但区位优势度相对较低,即区位选址存在着不合理性.
Based on GIS and spatial interaction model, the paper first establishes a location assessment model for shopping centers in Shanghai, including population centralization, travel accessibility and residents' purchasing power as main factors; and then asses- ses the location rationality via computing the location advantage of each shopping cen- ter. The results reveal that though the location of the most shopping centers is rational, there are still large centers suffer low location advantage and this type of centers makes up 25 percent of the total in Shanghai and,consequently,this portion of the centers has site problem in their location decision.
