增强我国农村土地经济功能的思路探讨——基于改善农村妇女经济地位的视角

当前我国农村妇女在农业生产和城市建设中的地位日趋重要,但经济地位总体而言并未发生明显改变,仍处于很低水平.受文化、知识、技能等因素的影响,农村妇女经济地位的进一步改善与土地的收入、财产、融资等经济功能密切关联.要想提升农村妇女的经济地位,必须从创新土地制度入手,突破产权、社会保障、意识形态等制约土地经济功能的障碍因子,寻求保护农村妇女土地权益的有效途径,挖掘土地潜在的经济功能.

The current rural women are more and more important in agricultural production and urban construction, but their economic status overall has not had an obvious change,still at a low level. Affected by such kinds of factors as culture, knowledgement and skills,the improvement of rural women＇s economic status had a strongly dependence on the income,property,finance and other economic functions of rural land. An innovation in land system is very necessary for the promotion of rural women＇s economic status, to break through property rights, social security and ideological obstacles those constrain economic function of the land, to seek an efficient way to protect rural women＇ land rights and excavate latent economic function of rural land.
