摘要
通过对55 dtex/36 f裂片型涤锦复合超细DTY生产中熔体温度、熔体压力、复合比、POY纺丝速度、冷却条件、原料及DTY工艺的理论分析,结合生产实践中的工艺改进和调整,解决了55 dtex/36 f复合丝的可纺性和染色均匀性的诸多问题。
Through analyzing and adjusting the processes of melt temperature, melt pressure, composite ratio, POY spinning speed, cooling conditions, raw material and DTY technology during the production of 55 dtex/36 f superfine PET/PA composite DTY, the problems of spinnability and dyeing uniformity of the composite filaments can be resolved.
