肾素抑制剂Aliskiren的药理与临床应用
摘要
Aliskiren是一种新型非肽类小分子选择性肾素抑制剂，口服吸收好，每日一次能够有效控制血压，改善心肾功能，且不良反应少，耐受性好，具有良好的应用前景。本文就Aliskiren的药理作用与临床应用作一综述。
