摘要
对糖精钠生产工艺进行了全方位改进,并将其用于生产.结果表明,新工艺实现了资源和能源的综合利用及循环使用,以及废水的达标排放;其废弃物和末端治理费用减少,清洁生产水平明显提高,经济效益、社会效益和环境效益显著,达到了"节能、降耗、减污、增效"的目的.
A clean technology for producing sodium saccharin was established by conducting overall modification of the conventional technology, and the modified technology was applied in industrial production of sodium saccharin. It has been found that the new technology is advan- tageous in that the raw materials and energy sources can be recycled and reused more efficient- ly, and the wastewater is qualified in terms of Chinese national standard for discharge. At the same time, the castoff and its treatment charge is decreased; the clean producing ability is im- proved greatly; the economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit are remarkable. This indicates that the new technology can be well used to save energy, reduce consumption and pollution, and increase efficiency for production of sodium saccharin.
