摘要
采用耐久压烫与活性染料染色同浴工艺对棉/羊毛混纺织物进行处理,研究了树脂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、催化剂和添加剂用量对织物免烫效果及染色深度的影响.结果表明:采用该工艺(树脂用量100 g/L,氯化镁8 g/L,160℃焙烘3 min)不仅可使织物获得较好的免烫效果,而且可使织物获得更高的染色深度.
The durable press finishing and reactive dyeing of cotton/wool blend were carried out in one step.The effect of resin dosage,curing temperature,curing time,catalyst and additive dosage on the durable pressing performance and dye depth of fabric were investigated.The results indicated that good durable press performance and higher dye depth could be obtained with the one step process（100 g/L of resin,8 g/L of magnesium chloride,cured at 160 ℃ for 3 min）.
