摘要
目的探讨神经肽Y(NPY)和瘦素在支气管哮喘儿童血浆中的水平变化以及在哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法分别采用ELISA双抗体夹心法和放射免疫法对108例支气管哮喘和60例正常儿童血浆NPY和瘦素进行了检测。结果支气管哮喘患儿急性期血浆NPY及瘦素均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而在哮喘缓解期瘦素和NPY有所降低,但仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。NPY与瘦素水平之间有轻度相关关系(r=0.65,P<0.05)。结论NPY和瘦素在血浆中的升高参与了儿童支气管哮喘的发病机制,且与哮喘病情严重性有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the change and effect of neuropeptide Y(N PY)and leptin on pathogenesis of asthma. Methods The blood levels of NPY and leptin in108 patients with child bronchial asthma and 60 healthy children were measured by the method of ELISA and radio immunoassay. Results The levels of blood NPY and leptin were significantly higher in asthma patients than that in healthy children(P〈0.01) ,NPY and leptin were lower in asthmatic remission, but were higher than that healthy children(P〈0.05). There was slight correlation in blood levels of N PY and leptin( r= 0. 65, P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The change of NPY and leptin levels may play a part in the pathogenesis of asthma,and is closely associated with the status of asthma.
