济宁市大学生性病-艾滋病知识态度行为调查及影响因素研究

A survey on knowledge attitude practice(KAP)and influencing factor related to STD-AIDS in college students in Jining

目的研究济宁市在校大学生性病-艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)的基本情况,并进行影响因素研究,为进一步做好干预措施提供科学依据。方法自行设计性病-艾滋病KAP调查问卷,采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对济宁市五所大学注册在读的学生进行调查。结果结果75.44%的大学生性病-艾滋病的基本知识回答是正确的;79.90%的大学生性病-艾滋病的态度是积极的;有38.24%的学生在性病-艾滋病防护行为上回答是正确的,且大学生性病-艾滋病的相关知识、态度、行为又因某些因素(是否是独生子女、城市与农村、性别、年级)不同而有所差异。结论济宁市大学生对性病-艾滋病有关知识的回答正确率较高,但仍未达到2006年-2010年中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划的要求,需要进一步加强宣传教育。

Objective To study cognition,attitude of Ji Ning City college students to STD-AIDS and its influencing factors,and to provide bases for health education on AIDS, to discuss basic interfering with measure. Methods By adopting the method of stratified cluster sampling, a self-designed questionnaire investigation on STD-AIDS related knowledge was conducted among students in Ji Ning City College. Statistics is handled adopt the SPSS13.0 software to carry out data analysis. Results In Ji Ning city,an ABC of college student STD-AIDS answer rightness rate is 75. 44 %, 79. 90 %＇s college student STD-AIDS attitude is active,On STD-AIDS protection behavior, student answer having 38.24 % is that the rightness rate difference correct and being unlike influencing factor to college student STD-AIDS KAP is bigger, 90.26% ＇s college student aspiration gains more knowledge about STD- AIDS. Conclusion The Ji Ning City college student answer rightness rate to STD-AIDS in relation to knowledge is higher, But have not reached the call for that China keeps within limits with prevention and cure AIDS Programme of Action in 2010 in 2006 yet- Need to reinforce propaganda and education further.
