头电针配合卒中单元综合疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Combined Treatment of Stroke Hemiplegia with Scalp Electroacupuncture and Stroke Unit

目的观察头电针配合卒中单元综合疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效。方法将100例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。两组都采用中西医结合卒中单元模式综合治疗,治疗组加用头电针治疗,4个疗程后进行疗效评价和比较。结果两组患者治疗后BI和NIHSS评分都较治疗前有明显增加(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组更优(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组为86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合卒中单元模式综合治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者有明显效果,加用头电针能进一步提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined treatment of stroke hemiplegia with scalp electroacupuncture and stroke unit. Method One hundred patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. Both groups received a combined treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine and stroke unit. The treatment group received scalp electroacupuncture additionally. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 4 courses of treatment. Results BI and NIHSS scores significantly increased in both group of patients after treatment （P〈0.05）. They increased significantly more in treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 94% in the treatment group and 86% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion A combined treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine and stroke unit has a marked effect on stroke hemiplegia. Additional use of scalp electroacupuncture can further improve the therapeutic effect.
