电针结合帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者HAMD量表各因子分值的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture plus Paroxetine on HAMD Scale Factor Scores in Eepression Patients

目的观察电针结合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及对抑郁症患者HAMD量表各因子分值的影响。方法30例抑郁症患者均采用电针结合帕罗西汀进行治疗,共治疗6星期。观察治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6星期及随访4星期末HAMD量表总评分和各因子分变化情况。结果电针结合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的总有效率为93.3%,HAMD量表总分及各因子在各时间段改善明显(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论电针联合帕罗西汀能很快改善抑郁症各症状群,特别是睡眠障碍和精神性焦虑因子。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus paroxetine in treating depression and its effect on HAMD scale factor scores in depression patients. Method Thirty depression patients were treated with electroacupuncture plus paroxetine for 6 weeks. HAMD scale total score and factor scores were counted before treatment, at the end of 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks＇ treatment and at the end of 4 weeks＇ follow-up. Results The total efficacy rate of electroacupuncture plus paroxetine in treating depression was 93.3%. Both HAMD scale total score and factor scores improved significantly. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus paroxetine can quickly improve the symptoms of depression, especially dyssomnia and psychic anxiety.
