透刺法配合局部活动治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Point-to-point Acupuncture plus Local Movement in Treating Tenosynovitis of Long Head of Biceps Brachii

目的观察透刺法配合局部活动治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎的临床效果和可行性。方法将146例肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎患者,随机分为治疗1组,治疗2组和对照组。治疗1组采用局部针刺并配合局部关节活动治疗,治疗2组采用远端取穴并配合局部关节活动治疗,对照组采用局部封闭治疗。治疗后,对试验结果进行分析。结果治疗2组与对照组治疗后总有效率均优于治疗1组(P<0.05),其中治疗2组总有效率最高。治疗1组与治疗2组半年复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05),其中治疗2组复发率最低。结论透刺法配合局部活动治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎是一种近期疗效和远期疗效都显著的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of point-to-point acupuncture plus local movement in treating tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii. Method One hundred and forty-six patients with tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii were randomly allocated to treatment 1, treatment 2 and control groups. The treatment 1 group received local acupuncture plus local joint movement, the treatment 2 group, selection of distal points plus local joint movement and the control group, local block therapy. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment 2 and control groups than in the treatment 1 group （P〈0.05） and highest in the treatment 2 group. The recurrence rate after 6 months was significantly lower in the treatment 1 and treatment 2groups than in the control group （P〈0.05） and lowest in the treatment 2 group. Conclusion Point-to-point acupuncture plus local movement has short-term and long-term marked therapeutic effects on tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii.
