隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。以针刺疗法为基础疗法,治疗组采用隔物温和灸,对照组采用物理热疗加拔罐疗法,对患者临床症状、体征、日常生活能力分值进行评估。结果两组患者治疗后膝关节临床症状及日常生活能力均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后患者晨僵、关节肿胀、关节压痛、关节活动障碍及最大步行距离、行不平坦地面改善程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床控制18例,对照组临床控制6例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎疗效肯定。 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of indirect mild-warm moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis and explore the mechanism of its action. Method Ninety patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 45 cases each. Acupuncture was used as a basic treatment. In addition, the treatment group received indirect mild-warm moxibustion and the control group, physical thermotherapy plus cupping. Clinical symptom, sign and activity of daily living scores were counted. Results Clinical knee joint symptom and activity of daily living scores improved in both groups of patients after treatment (P〉0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in morning stiffness, joint swelling, joint tenderness, joint dysfunction, maximum walking distance and the degree of improvement in walking on uneven ground between the treatment and control groups of patients (P〈0.05). Clinical control occurred in 18 patients of the treatment group and in 6 patients of the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Indirect mild-warm moxibustion has a positive therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis. The mechanism of its action may be related to improving blood circulation, eliminating free radicals, reducing inflammatory irritation and raising pain threshold.
