摘要
研究了氢氧化铝阻燃剂和氢氧化铝/铂络合物阻燃剂并用对热硫化硅橡胶阻燃性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明:单独使用Al(OH)3作为阻燃添加剂,可在一定程度上提高硅橡胶的阻燃性能,当100份硅橡胶中氢氧化铝用量为120份时,硅橡胶的氧指数值达到42.6%,但垂直燃烧等级才达到FV-0级,拉伸强度仅3.6 MPa,撕裂强度仅12.6 kN/m,扯断伸长率为320%,不能满足使用要求;氢氧化铝/铂配合物并用时,当100份硅橡胶中氢氧化铝的用量为80份,添加了协同助剂的铂配合物的用量仅为1.2×10-6时,硅橡胶的氧指数值虽只有34.0%,但垂直燃烧等级已达到FV-0级。其拉伸强度为4.3 MPa、扯断伸长率为220%、撕裂强度为16.6 kN/m、邵尔A硬度为61度。说明氢氧化铝与铂配合物有较好的协同效应。
The effects of ATH flame retardant and aluminum hydroxide/platinum flame retardant compound on the flame resistance and mechanical properties of HTV silicone rubber were studied. Results showed that the flame -resistance of silicone rubber could be improved when Al(OH)3 was used alone. When there was 120 phr aluminum hydroxide in 100 phr silicone rubber, the oxygen index value of silicone rubber reached 42.6%; however, its vertical burning grade was FV -0, the tensile strength was only 3.6 MPa, the tear strength was only 12.6 kN/m, the elongation at break was 320% , which could not meet the requirements. When aluminum hydroxide/platinum was used, with 80 phr aluminum hydroxide in 100 phr silicone rubber and synergistic additives of platinum complex of the amount of 1.2 × 10^-6, the oxygen index value of silicone rubber was only 34.0% , though its vertical burning grade was FV - 0, the tensile strength was 4.3 MPa, the tear strength was 220 % , the tear strength was 16.6kN/m, the hardness of shore A was 61. These results indicated synergism between the aluminum hydroxide and platinum complexes.
