摘要
北京是典型的消费型城市,食品需求量大,食品安全问题备受关注,冷链物流是保障食品安全的重要手段。在发放并回收了51份调研表和现场调研其中规模较大的30家企业的基础上,分别从冷链物流资源要素现状和冷链企业现状两方面作了具体分析,其中资源要素涉及仓储、运输、信息系统和人力资源四点,冷链企业方面涉及到企业的冷库、冷藏车、信息系统、认证情况和人力资源五点,最后给出相应建议。
Beijing is a typical consumption-orlented city with huge demand for food and heavy emphasis upon food safety while cold chain logistics is an important means to ensure food safety. On the basis of a questionnaire field investigations of enterprises in Beijing, the paper analyzes the specifics of the status quo of cold chain enterprises, touching upon their cold warehouses, cold vehicles,information system, certification situation and human resources, and cold chain resource elements including storage, transportation, information system and human resources. Finally suggestions for improvement are given.
