着重从现代物流成本管理的内涵与外延,企业开展物流成本管理的流程与内容等方面加以讨论,对物流成本管理与相关学科的关系进行了分析,最后针对提升企业物流成本管理水平提出措施建议。
Starting from the connotation and denotation of modem logistics cost management and the specific procedures and contents of its implementation by the enterprises, the paper analyzes the relationship between logistics management and the relevant studies and then offers suggestions and measures for its improvement.
