摘要
分两个阶段解决了多层、多电梯位置以及不等面积、形状不规则、跨楼层不分割部门的物流设施布置问题。建立了以"重下轻上"为原则,物料垂直移动成本最小为目标的第一阶段模型,采用基于模拟退火的布置评价法和空间填充曲线得到了第二阶段最优布置方案。模型和算法对研究多层物流设施问题具有一定的借鉴性。
The paper proposes a two-stage layout plan for logistics facilities with multiple floors, multiple elevators, irregnlarly-shaped and uneven footprints and cross-floor operation departments. Based on the principle of"bottom first, top later", the paper presents the stage one planning model with the minimal eost of material vertieal movement as the optimization objective and arrives at the optimal stage two layout plan through the layout evaluation of the simulated annealing algorithm and the space-filling curve method. The model studied in this paper is of certain referential significance to researches on logistics facilities with multiple floors,
