摘要
为解决"一个区域内多个配送中心的选址"问题,提出系统聚类和重心法相结合的方式,完成多节点配送中心选址。首先利用系统聚类法中的最短距离法进行多节点分类,将整个配送区域划分成不同的子区域;然后利用重心法确定各子区域配送中心的具体位置。提出了多次重心法选址的概念,并设计出基于最短距离法和重心法的配送中心选址流程。最后,以一个实例进行详细分析,验证了该方法的可行性。
In view of the location allocation problem of multiple distribution centers within one area, the paper proposes to combine hierar-chical clustering with gravity method to assist the site selection of multi-nodal distribution centers. Firstly it classifies the nodes using the shortest distance method of hierarchical clustering to segment the distribution area into various subareas; then it ascertains the specific locations of the subareas with gravity method; then it puts forward the concept of multiple gravity location allocation and develops the operation procedures based on shortest distance method and gravity method; finally it offers a case study in detail to verify the feasibility of the approach.
