摘要
以总工程费现值最小为目标函数,对等高度和无约束分期加高的优化计算方法和分析结果表明,采用分期加高较一次建成的总工程费现值可节省1/3~1/2;以等库容分期加高的优化计算较为简单,且与等高度分期加高的优化计算结果相近;无约束分期加高变量较多,需采用非线性规划方法进行优化,计算过程较复杂,其计算结果最优;在分期加高中,使各次新增库容逐渐增大,有利于降低总工程费用现值.
Taking the minimum current value of total project investment as target function, the paper conducts optimum calculation on increasing height of main silt-arrester by stage with equal height and without restrain. The result indicates that the way of increasing height by stage can save 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the current value of total project investment than the way of once completion; the optimum calculating method of increasing height by stage with equal storage is easier and the result is similar to that of increasing height by stage with equal height. The way of increasing height by stage without restrain has many variables and need to adopt non-linear programming method, the calculating process is more complex, but the result is the most optimum. When increasing height by stage, the current value of the total project investment would be reduced with gradual enlargement of increased storage.
