摘要
物流合作伙伴选择问题是4PL模式运作过程中的一个关键问题。在分析4PL模式下物流合作伙伴选择影响因素的基础上,结合第四方物流企业往往选择多个类型的多个物流企业结成合作伙伴关系的事实,提出了基于备选物流企业综合服务能力比较、按区域划分物流需求的4PL模式下物流合作伙伴选择问题的优化模型;运用遗传算法的基本原理,采用二进制编码、大种群尺度和较小交叉概率等方法,对该模型的算法进行了设计;最后给出一个典型算例,说明该模型和算法的有效性。
Logistics partnership selection is a key to the operation process of the 4PL mode. Based on an analysis of the influencing factors of logistics partnerskip selection in the 4PL environment and together with the fact that 4PL enterprises usually form partnership with multiple logistics enterprises of various kinds, the paper proposes an optimization model for the problem on the basis of a comprehensive comparison of service capacity between candidate logistics enterprises and the regionality-based compartmentalization of logistics demand. Then it applies the basic principle of the genetic algorithm in the design of its solution, incorporating methods such as binary encoding, large population sizing and smaller crossover probability in the process. Finally a typical numerical example is given, validating the model and the algorithm.
