我国石油供应链结构及其成本管理模型构建问题研究

Study on the Structure of Oil Supply Chain in China and the Modeling of Its Cost Management

针对石油产业的运营特点,对其供应链结构进行设计,构建了石油供应链产品增值模型,提出单环节的石油供应链抽象模型,并在此基础上设计了三维石油供应链成本管理模型,从成本维度、生产维度、关系维度综合考虑各环节中的供应链成本和成本影响因素,对我国石油供应链的成本结构作出全方位的描绘。

In view of the operational characteristics of the oil industry, the paper designs the structure of its supply chain, constructs a value added model of the oil supply chain products and proposes an abstract model of mono--link oil supply chain, based on which the 3D cost management model ofoil supply chains is developed, taking into account the supply chain costs and cost influencing factors of the various links from the dimensions of cost, production and relation, thus providing an overall picture of the cost structure ofoil supply chains in China.
