摘要
结合食品物流行业特点,提出食品制造企业物流能力的三个构成因素:食品物流作业能力、食品物流快速响应服务能力、食品物流增值能力。在此基础上构建了食品制造企业物流能力评价指标体系,并应用数据包络分析方法,解决了食品制造企业物流能力评价问题,旨在为食品制造企业提升物流能力提出相关参考。
Taking into consideration the characteristics of the food logistics industry, the paper proposes the three constituent factors of the logistics capacity of food manufacturing enterprises, that is, operation capacity＇of food logistics, quick response of food logistics service and value-addedness of food logistics services, on the basis of which it constructs an evaluation index system for the logistics capacity of such enterprises and incorporates the data envelopment analysis in order to provide reference for food manufacturing enterprises to improve their logistics capacity.
