An Explorative Analysis of Land Collection Compensation and Land Aquisition Resettlement of the "Five Points and One Line" Construction in Liaoning Province

辽宁"五点一线"沿海经济带建设已经上升为国家经济战略,对振兴东北老工业基地,完善我国沿海经济布局,促进区域协调发展和扩大对外开放,具有重要战略意义。针对"五点一线"建设过程中土地征收补偿与安置存在方式单一、实践操作性差等问题,探讨土地征收补偿与安置方式应遵循的基本原则及其完善和创新。

Liaoning＇s ＂Five Points and One Line＂ coastal economic belt construction has already risen for the state economy strategy, which is of stategic importance to revitalize the Northeast old industrial base, to consummate China＇s coastal economical layout, to promote the regional coordinated development and expand opening to the outside world. Aiming at the unitary way of land collection compensation and resettlement as well as the lack of practical operability in the process of ＂constructing Five Points and One Line＂, this thesis explores the basic principles of land acquisition compensation and resettlement and their perfection and innovation.
