摘要
当前,中国正经历一次前所未有的整体转型,面临着新与旧的冲突与交融,遭遇着破与立复杂关系的缠绕。在教师的生活中,许多教师暴露出缺乏必要的心理和经验准备,缺少时间和财力支持,缺乏融洽的人际关系、交流技术,缺乏能够大胆表达自己实践经验的语言等很多问题,而这些问题往往因为文化的内隐性而使我们忽视它的存在。当代教师文化的现状存在着危机和缺失,具体表现在:滞后的教育理念;单向的教学方式;保守的价值取向;单向、线性、静态的行为模式;被动、服从、自在的生存方式。
At present, China is experiencing an unprecedented overall transformation, facing the conflict and blending of new and old, suffering a broken and complicated relationship. In the teachers' life, many teachers show the lack of necessary psychological and experiential preparation, of time and financial support, of harmonious interpersonal relationships and communication technology and the lack of language to express their practical experience boldly. Because of culture recessiveness we often neg- lect their existence, the contemporary situation of teacher culture exists crisis and loss as presented in the lagging of education concept, unitary way of teaching, conservative value orientation, one-way, linear and static behavior patterns and passive, obedient and comfortable way of life.
