摘要
纵向一体化和横向一体化是出版企业提升其市场竞争力,并进而为提升整个国家的文化软实力作出贡献的重要路径。就目前来看,下游的渠道建设、上游的造纸业等应是出版业一体化的主要领域,一体化的模式则主要有收购、参股和战略合作3种。
Horizontal and vertical integration is an important route for publishers to promote their market competitiveness and the cultural soft power of the whole nation.At present,the downstream channel building and the upstream paper manufacturing are the major areas of integration for publishers.There are three main modes of integration:acquisition,share participation and strategic cooperation.
