摘要
为了改善矿井采煤工作面环境,设计了一套采煤工作面自动喷雾灭尘控制系统。该系统通过采煤机上搭载的红外发射器和支架上安装的红外接收传感器实现采煤机的定位功能;根据采煤机的位置控制安装在支架上的本安电磁阀喷雾,消除处于采煤机切割头下风方向的粉尘,实现采煤工作面的自动灭尘。实际运行表明,该系统解决了综采工作面架间自动喷雾的技术难题,可对采煤作业时产生的大范围、高浓度粉尘自动实施多道阻隔和高效除尘,降低了粉尘浓度。
In order to improve environment of coal face, an automatic control system of spraying for dust suppression on coal face was designed. The system can realize positioning function for shearer through infrared emitter boarded on shearer and infrared receiving sensor installed on the supports, and control intrinsic safe type electromagnetic valves on the supports to spray according to the position of the shearer, which can eliminate dust in downwind direction of cutting-head of the shearer and realize function of automatic dust suppression on coal face. The actual running showed that the system solves the problem of automatic spray between supports of fully mechanical coal face and can implement multi-channel barriers and high-efficiency dedusting to a large range and high-concentration dust produced in coal mining, which can reduce dust concentration.
