摘要
流体设备位置控制要求快速而精确的定位性能,而提高快速性与提高定位精度总是存在着矛盾。为解决该问题,提出了一种基于单片机AT89C51和DSP TMS320F2812的流体设备位置嵌入式控制系统的设计方案,详细介绍了系统的硬件及软件设计。实际运行表明,该系统与传统的模拟控制系统相比,具有响应速度快、实时性强、功耗低等特点。
Position control of fluid equipment requires rapid and high accuracy positioning performance, but there are contradiction between rapidity and positioning accuracy. In order to solve the problem, the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded control system of position of fluid equipment based on singlechip microcomputer AT89C51 and DSP TMS320F2812. It introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details. The actual running showed that the system has performance of quick response speed, strong real-time and low power comparing with the traditional analog control system.
