摘要
分析了煤矿井下复杂环境对煤矿直流架线系统漏电保护装置的影响,以及采用单片机作为漏电保护装置控制器稳定性差的问题,提出了采用稳定性好的PLC替代单片机作为漏电保护装置控制器的设计方案;介绍了基于S7-200 PLC的漏电保护装置的电路原理及软件设计,指出了基于S7-200 PLC的漏电保护装置存在PLC执行程序相对较慢的问题,提出了采用KDN-K3 PLC作为漏电保护装置控制器的方案,并对基于KDN-K3 PLC的漏电保护装置进行了现场的快速性和稳定性试验。试验结果表明,该漏电保护装置满足了快速性和稳定性的要求。
The paper analyzed influence of complicated underground circumstance on leakage protector of DC trolley system of coal mine and problem of bad reliability that using single-chip microcomputer as controller of leakage protector, and proposed a design scheme that using PLC with good stability to instead single-chip microcomputer as controller of leakage protector. The paper introduced circuit principle and software design of leakage protector based on $7-200 PLC and indicated leakage protector based on $7-200 PLC existed problem of slow executive procedure of PLC, and proposed a scheme that using KDN-K3 as controller of leakage protector. It made field test of rapidity and stability for the leakage protector based on KDN-K3 PLC. The test result showed that the leakage protector meets with requires of rapidity and stability.
