摘要
分别以一种淀粉基固着剂、荧光增白剂、甲基紫显白剂、PAE湿强树脂、阳离子淀粉增干强剂、AKD施胶剂和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺助留剂作为代表性的湿部化学助剂作用于漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP),采用紫外-可见光谱法考察它们在纤维上的吸附行为。结果表明,采用紫外-可见光谱法测定湿部助剂的残余量具有一定的可行性,并能揭示这些助剂由于电性、电荷密度、相对分子质量、用量等的不同而产生的不同吸附行为。
A starch-based fixing agent, a fluorescence whitening agent, a methyl violet, a PAE strengthening agent, a cationic starch strengthening agent, an AKD sizing agent and a cationic polyacrylamide retention agent were used as typical wet-end chemicals in the furnish of bleached chemi-thermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) , and UV-visible spectroscopy was used to investigate their adsorption behaviors on the fibers. The results showed that UV-visible spectroscopy was feasible to be used as a tool to determine the residual amounts of additives in the pulp slurry, therefore to discover the different adsorption behaviors of the different additives due to their differences in charge species, charge densities, molecular weights and dosages.
