摘要
结合重建过程中的工作实践,首先介绍了都江堰灾后城镇永久性住房重建项目的规划控制与管理,重点对非政府投资类原地重建的规划控制与管理过程进行了解析;并从原地重建、社区建设、城市风貌保护与规划控制三个方面对灾后永久性住房建设的经验进行了梳理和总结。
Firstly,considering the work practices in process of reconstruction,the planning management for permanent housing construction project in Dujiangyan is introduced in this article.In this point,the process of planning management in post-disaster reconstruction which invested by non-government organization is major analyzed.Furthermore,in the three aspects below： on-site reconstruction,community construction,protection and control of urban tapestry,we collate and summarize several experiences of planning management in post-disaster permanent housing construction.
