摘要
高校执行力与蓬勃发展的高等教育不相适应。通过分析高校执行力的变化过程,我们将其分为行政力影响和内生性推动两种模式。执行的主体、环境和行为方式等是形成执行力困境的主要原因,因此可以通过素质与能力建设、改善执行环境、优化执行行为、控制执行过程等提升高校执行力。
Compared with the vigorous development of higher education, the executive ability of universities is incompatible. Through the analysis of the developing process of universities' executive ability, the paper divides it into two kinds of patterns: the administrative strength influence and the natural disposition impel. The executive main body, executive environment, executive behavior and so on, are the main reasons to push the executive ability into a dilemma. Therefore, this paper points some ways out, such as, advancing quality and ability construction, improving the executive, environment, optimizing the executive behavior, controlling implementation to promote the universities' executive ability.
