Study on Eco-innovation in Circular Economy

在保持生态资本存量非减性的条件下,促进经济的持续发展是循环经济生态创新的本质特征。本文阐述了循环经济生态创新的内涵,并试图通过生态技术创新、生态制度创新、生态观念创新以及生态金融创新来提高循环经济的生态创新能力,解决我国"两型社会"建设中的生态环境困境,促进生态文明建设与经济社会的可持续发展。

Under the condition of maintaining the ecological capital stock, promoting the sustainable economic development is the essential nature for the eco-innovation of circular economy. This paper focuses on the content of the eco-innovation of circular economy and proposes to promote the eco-innovation capacity of circular economy by ways of eco-technology innovation, eco-system innovation, eco-concept innovation and eco-financial innovation. This can provide solutions to the eco-environmental dilemma in the construction of ＂Two-oriented society＂ in China and promote the construction of biological civilization and the sustainable development of the economic society.
