牧场管理水平对原料乳质量影响的研究 被引量:3

Effects of Meadows Management Level on the Quality of Raw Milk

摘要 测定6个牧场180个原料乳样本的体细胞数、脂肪含量、蛋白含量、干物质、黏度、游离脂肪酸含量、游离氨基氮含量,根据牧场管理水平,将样品分为三组(优、良、合格),研究牧场管理水平与原料乳质量的关系。结果显示:不同管理水平牧场之间牛乳体细胞数、脂肪含量、蛋白含量、干物质、黏度、游离脂肪酸含量、游离氨基氮含量差异显著(P<0.05);牧场管理水平与牛乳体细胞数、脂肪含量、蛋白质含量、干物质、黏度、游离脂肪酸含量、游离氨基氮含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。 The milk somatic cell count, fat, protein, total solid, viscosity, FFA, FAN of 180 milk samples from 6 meadows were analyzed and compared for different management level. The results showed: the levels of Somatic Cell Count, fat, protein, total solid, viscosity, FFA and FAN increased with management level reduction (P〈0.05). Meadows management level correlated to Somatic Cell Count, fat, protein, total solid, viscosity, FFA and FAN (P〈0.05).
