摘要
测量元件、中间转换及显示部件等对测量回路综合误差的影响越来越小,安装因素所产生的误差成为不可忽视的误差来源。分析了润滑油、小汽轮机排汽、汽包水位、测温元件等安装位置不合适,或在安装中忽略了一些造成测量误差的安装因素所产生的误差,总结了安装时需要避免的问题。采取迁移、补偿等措施可以修正测量误差,但注意安装中产生误差的因素,并避免出现,选择正确的安装位置及进行管路布置是解决误差的根本方法。
The measuring element, the conversion parts and the display unit and so on to the measurement loop composite error influence getting smaller, the error which the installment factor produces become the noticeable error source. Analyzed the error caused by the lubricating oil, the small steam turbine exhaust, the drum water level, the temperature element and so on to install the position not to he inappropriate, or neglected some installment factors to create the error , summarized the question needs to be avoided in installation. Migration and compensation measures can correct the measurement error, but the attention to the installation of the factors that generated the error and avoid, to choose the correct installation location and arrangement of piping is the fundamental way to resolve the error.
