摘要
目的:建立了脑立清丸等6种中成药中黄曲霉毒素G2、G1、B2、B1的HPLC测定方法。方法:样品经70%甲醇提取、免疫亲和柱净化后,用高效液相色谱-柱后衍生-荧光检测器进行分析测定。结果:黄曲霉毒素G2、B2在1.5～60pg范围内线性关系良好,黄曲霉毒素G1、B1在5～200pg范围内线性关系良好,r>0.9999。回收率在60%～120%之间。结论:该方法快速简便,准确,可作为脑立清丸、人参养荣丸、人参健脾丸、三七片、金水宝胶囊和百令胶囊中黄曲霉毒素的含量测定方法。
AIM：To bring forward a method of determining aflatoxin G2、G1、B2、B1 in six kinds of traditional Chinese drugs by HPLC.METHODS：After being extracted by 70% methanol,purified by immunoaffinity column,aflatoxins were analysed by HPLC with fluorescence detection.RESULTS：Aflatoxin G2、B2 showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.5-60pg,and Aflatoxin G1、B1 at a range of 5-200 pg,r〉0.999 9.The recovery was between 60%-120%.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine aflatoxin G2、G1、B2、B1 in Naoliqing Pill,Renshen Yangrong Pill,Rensen Jiapi Pill,Sanqi Tablet,Jinshuibao Capsule and Bailine Capsule.
