摘要
目的:比较较稳定的指尖血糖与动态血糖监测系统的血糖结果。方法:选择2008-06/2009-01内分泌科37例住院患者,在指尖血糖监测示血糖相对平稳后佩戴雷兰动态血糖(DGMS)。应用DGMS分析软件了解患者有无低血糖(<3.9mmol/L)、高血糖(>11.1mmol/L)、血糖漂移最大幅度。结果:血糖波动系数≤1.5组共9例,其中发生低血糖6例,高血糖2例,血糖漂移最大幅度为(6.82±1.85)mmol/L;>1.5组共28例,其中发生低血糖15例,高血糖25例,血糖漂移最大幅度为(10.9±3.22)mmol/L。两组比较,低血糖发生比例相近(P>0.05),发生高血糖及血糖漂移最大幅度在血糖波动系数>1.5组明显增多(均P<0.01),两组血糖漂移幅度最大患者均合并低血糖。结论:指尖血糖较好的患者仍须DGMS监测注意低血糖;高血糖和血糖漂移在血糖波动系数>1.5时显著增多;血糖漂移幅度越大越应注意有无低血糖。
Objective: Compare the blood sugar results of stable fingertip blood sugar monitoring system with dynamic blood sugar monitoring system. Methods: From June 2008 to January 2009, we select 37 hospitalized Cases from endocrine. When the fingertip blood sugar monitoring. Results: showed the blood sugar remainedstable, let them wear DGMS. Use the DGMS Analysis Software to know the patients who have low blood sugar(〈3.9 mmol/ L),high blood sugarC〉11.1 mmol/L)and the maximum drifted of the glycemic level. Resuhs: 9 cases were found which the wave of blood sugar≤1. 5 ; 6 cases of 9 had low blood sugar. 2 cases of 9 had high blood sugar. The max- imum drifted of the glycemic level is (6.82±1.85) mmol/L. 28 cases were found which the wave of blood sugar〉 1.5 ; 15 cases of 28 had low blood sugar. 25 cases of 28 had high blood sugar. The maximum drifted of the glycemic level is (10.9±3.22) mmol/L. A comparison between the two groups, the low blood sugar ratio are close(P〉 0.05). When the wave of blood sugar〉1. 5, high blood sugar and maximum drifted of the glycemic level will have more increased chances (P〈0.01). The patients with maximum drifted of the glycemic level complicated with low blood sugar in both groups. Conclusions: Patients with better fingertip blood sugar still need DGMS to monitor the low blood sugar. High blood sugar and drifted of the glycemic are increased when the wave of blood sugar〉1. 5. The higher the drifted of the glycemic level is, the more attention should be paid on if there's low blood sugar.
