摘要
截至2008年底，中国公路通车总里程达到373．02万公里，其中高速公路仅6．03万公里，大多数为等级较低的公路和没有罩面的砂土路。受交通量巨增和路面使用年限的影响，未来低等级公路的路面养护、维修等将成为公路建设的重要内容之一。
Based on the emergence background of Ultra-Thin Whitetopping pavement,the development of research and achievement are summarized.The application and effect of UTW pavement at home and abroad are introduced, and the prospect of UTW pavement is analyzed.
