摘要
针对传统路面重铺施工方式带来的作业周期长、运输量大、资源流失和环境污染问题,对应用SY4500型就地热再生机组在沥青路面大型施工的工作原理、设备组成、工艺流程以及应注意的事项等进行详细介绍,并通过工程实例证明:科学合理使用重铺机组能确保施工质量,延长重铺路面寿命。
Due to the questions such as long construction period, large traffic capacity, resources waste and environment pollution in traditional pavement repaving, the working principle, equipment component, construc- tion process and notes in construction of SY4500 hot in-place recycling set are expounded. Project practices show that using the repaving set scientifically and reasonably can ensure construction quality and prolong service life of pavement.
